Returns / Exchanges


PALMM goods are custom made to order therefore returns will be accepted for online credit or exchange only. Please keep this in consideration before making a purchase.

If you're unhappy with your piece you can return it for a store credit within 7 days. Please email hello@palmmgoods.com prior to any exchange or return.

Refunds will only apply if the piece is defective and PALMM is notified within 10 days of receiving order. We do not accept items that have been damaged by the client.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost both ways. We're not responsible for any lost package during the return process. Insurance is highly recommended.  

Note that leather pieces will have natural distresses and suede pieces require extra care. Please accept variances in color, shape and finishes to occur, due to the natural materials used. You will receive a piece that varies slightly from the one depicted in the photograph.
